Boro Bar
The word Boro it is used in Japan to describe fabric and clothing that has been patched and repaired several times. Each boron element is, by its very definition, absolutely unique.
Boro was born in May 2021 by chef Ramón Miracle and Camila Matarazzo. Both decide to undertake this new adventure after dedicating themselves for many years to the restaurant business in the Born district.
Its menu bets on a variety of tapas, sandwiches and hamburgers with a touch of modernity and creativity, playing with fusion and the traveling spirit; working with selected suppliers with criteria of proximity and artisan production.
